Laptop sales fraud

A 35-year-old woman was from the district court because of Borken Fraud sentenced to a fine of 70 € per ten day sentences. According to the findings of the court, the woman had relevant previous convictions in the last year winter hit the injured party to buy out his laptop. The amount of € 350 would pay the woman the man, but it has not done so to this day.
The woman had already in March this year on charges of being accused of. However, the process was then temporarily suspended on the condition that the woman pays the amount to the claimant. This chance it has not been taken.
The judge assumed that the woman wanted to pay the laptop at any time, because they would not able to raise the amount. She had already filed for crimes committed when an affidavit and therefore taken into account, not being able to pay the sum.
